Your tasks
As Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you are part of our revenue tribe and responsible for the support and satisfaction of our customers.

  • You will be the central contact person for about 50 accounts (customers with a company size of 30 - 3,000 employees) and the strategic contact person for your customers.
  • You make your customers successful in the long term, ensure that customer satisfaction is always very high and focus on a sustainable partnership.
  • You are responsible for the contract renewals of your customers, expand the JobShop packages through sales deals and keep the churn rate below 5%.
  • You proactively seek contact with your customers several times per quarter and meet them in face-to-face meetings (digital & or face-to-face on-site).
  • You analyze the KPI dashboards of the customers, understand the correlations of the most important recruiting KPIs and derive measures for optimization and goal achievement for the customer(s) from them.
  • You are in close contact with the Account Management, Implementation Management, Product Management, Customer Support and Data teams.
Your profile
What you need to be successful at talentsconnect 
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in success management, sales or relationship management of B2B software products, ideally in an HR Tech environment.
  • You have an understanding of digital products and are able to understand complex issues and find solutions for your customers
  • You are an organizational talent and work very independently, so you prioritize your goals, tasks and responsibilities perfectly at all times and remain committed to them
  • You are extremely customer-oriented and love to inspire customers, are empathetic and quickly manage to build relationships with different personas (from HR Manager to Head of (m/f/d))
  • You are willing to learn and are able to implement what you learn quickly
  • You enjoy the sales area
  • You have a strong communication talent and use this to communicate internally and externally in a very targeted manner and can thus also turn critical customers into fans
